There are two ways you can go through this process.

Option 1: Short Process

2. Once completed, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. We request some basic contact information 3 recent merchant processing statements within the email. Rest assured that any information we request is not proprietary and will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
3. Upon receiving your information, we will conduct a thorough analysis within a week.
4. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll reach out to schedule a discovery meeting to share our findings and provide you with all the information necessary for due diligence and to determine the next steps.

Option 2: Introduction Meeting First

If you want to meet before submitting your information, this is the process for you. Simply follow the instructions to log in to the calendar and pick a time that works for you.

Here is the basic process.

Step 1: Introduction Meeting
Time: 15 minutes or less
Goals: Establish alignment on the basic details of the service. If you like what you hear, we can then arrange to receive 1-2 recent merchant processing statements that we will use for the analysis.

Step 2: Analysis
Once we receive your information, we will analyze it within 3 to 5 days. If we find savings, we will reach out to set up a discovery meeting to share what we have found. If we cannot help you, we will inform you by email. Note that nothing we ask for is proprietary information, and you can rest assured it will be held in the strictest confidence.

Step 3: Discovery Call
Time: 30 minutes or less (additional time available if needed)
Goals: Provide you with the results of the analyses and comprehensive details about our service. This meeting will provide all the information necessary for due diligence and to determine the next steps together. If you like what you hear, we will provide a simple agreement to review and sign at your convenience.

Step 4: Delivery
Signing on with us often means that within a couple of weeks to a month, you to start experiencing the first savings. Additional savings are achieved through various optimization phases, with some realized after implementing a new contract with your provider. We continuously monitor for compliance and to identify more savings and potential refunds wherever possible. The industry keeps changing, and we change with it, always having your back.
