  • Approach it like sharing a great book or movie you know they’ll love.
  • Ensure Qualified: 20+ full-time (30+ hours weekly) W2 employees.
  • Speak from the heart; excitement and a few key points are enough.
  • Goal: Set a discovery meeting for EHP to explain the full details.
  • You’re a connector, not a subject matter expert.

Warm Contact Strategy

  • Start with your warm market (people you know).
  • Reach out casually via phone, email, text, or DM.
  • Example opener: “Hey [Name], it’s [You] from [Company]. Got a few minutes?”
  • If yes: spark interest, explain benefits briefly, and propose a discovery call.
  • If no: schedule a follow-up later.
